Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it to prevent shipment. We try to arrange delivery as soon as possible so you can receive your items asap. SG ready stock Shipment will be sent via Qxpress. Delivery time will take approximately 2-3 working days. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipments. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

We recommend against ordering items intended as gifts for Christmas in late November. Items may be out of stock or shipping might be slower. So make your purchases early. 

When will I receive my order?

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will include a link to your tracking information once your order reaches its first checkpoint.

What if i don't receive my order?

Delivery Failure

If more than 5 working days have passed without receiving your order, please contact us with whatsapp at +65 91528801. In certain circumstances, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. We track most of our orders and can provide updates on the delivery status.
